  2. I guess we just have some faith that the advertisement is giving us the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help us…
    But seriously, these do what they purport to do, but the question is: “What good is it doing?”
    As a reflexologist, I am always recommending my clients soak their feet in Epsom Salts fifteen minutes every other day. If they are runners or joggers, then every day they run or jog.
    This will usually suffice as it relates to detoxing through the feet and stimulates the muscles, as well.
